Refunds will be considered and provided in equivalent store credit under genuine scenarios where there has been an error in order fulfillment. For example, the product reaching the customer in a damaged condition would be applicable for refund. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date it has been awarded. The customer will need to pay the shipping cost to return the product. To report such a case, the customer will need to contact Ibai at care@ibaiclothing.com within 2 weeks of receiving the order and Ibai will assess the scenario.
Size Alterations
If the customer requires changes to be made to the fitting of the product, Ibai might conduct the alterations free of charge. In such a scenario too, the customer will pay for shipping costs and will need to contact Ibai at care@ibaiclothing.com within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
