Shipping Policy
- Products will be shipped within upto 2 weeks after placing the order, as the products are made to order.
- For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
- Tracking details will be provided to the customer when the order has been shipped.
- Ibai uses a trustable and well established third party courier service. For international orders, Ibai has partnered with DHL. If the order does not reach the customer, Ibai will provide a refund.
